Software Engineer on the Auto Refi + Auto Secured Personal Loans team, responsible for scaling auto refinance and auto secured personal loan products. Focus on increasing conversion by eliminating friction for customers while improving product quality. Work iteratively to provide fast feedback loops.

Requirements:
4+ years of professional full stack software development experience
2+ years of professional experience with SQL databases and domain modeling
Some experience with a front-end framework like React

Ability to execute independently and deliver projects of varying complexity and sizes with minimal direction
Comfortable challenging authority
