We are seeking a Software Engineer (React Developer) to join a cutting-edge GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team, focused on building user-facing applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical business solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on front-end engineer who thrives at the intersection of UI development and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in React and modern front-end development, along with working knowledge of C# and backend systems. This role will focus on connecting prototype AI models to intuitive user experiences while ensuring scalable, maintainable code quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React
  • Integrate GenAI prototypes into user-facing applications and workflows
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
  • Work with backend systems, including C#, to connect APIs and services
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through proper structuring and best practices
  • Work within Agile teams to deliver features aligned to business goals
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across front-end and application layers

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with React and front-end development
  • Working knowledge of C# and backend integration
  • Experience developing scalable, user-facing web applications
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
