Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PTC CodeBeamer Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support an automotive organization in the successful implementation and customization of PTC CodeBeamer. This role requires a deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementation and customization of PTC CodeBeamer for an automotive organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
  • Configure PTC CodeBeamer to meet the specific needs of the organization
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes
  • Conduct regular assessments and optimize the ALM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to PTC CodeBeamer implementation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Customize CodeBeamer to align with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other industry standards
  • Configure workflows, templates, and dashboards to align with customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in PTC CodeBeamer implementation and customization
  • Proven track record of successful ALM tool implementation in an automotive or related industry
  • Extensive experience in implementing and configuring PTC CodeBeamer
  • Strong understanding of ALM processes and methodologies including Requirements, Change, Test, Defect Management
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry’s engineering and quality standards
  • Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements within ALM tools
  • Ability to customize and configure PTC CodeBeamer based on organizational needs
  • Experience in providing training and technical support to end-users
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining implementation and process documentation
  • Knowledge of integrating PTC CodeBeamer with other tools and systems
  • Work closely with business teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in ALM, PTC CodeBeamer, or related areas are a plus
  • Basic project management skills to handle implementation timelines and deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and environments
  • Proficiency in technical writing to document processes and user guides
  • Knowledge of OSLC-based integrations
