We are looking for a Software developer with a strong knowledge of Adobe tool stack to play an active role in the digital transformation of Allianz and work on international projects. The role involves agile software development, implementing stories, engaging in architectural discussions, and performance optimization, while contributing to the development of digital marketing platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Actively developing Allianz Germany's digital marketing platform based on Adobe's Experience Manager, in frontend and/or fullstack
Clarify dependencies of your user story cross-functionally and implement it according to the 'definition of done' and present it in the sprint review
Enrich and challenge architectural discussions and ensure 'clean code' aligned with the acceptance criteria
Conduct performance analysis and optimize accordingly
Bring a proactive mind-set, ability to share your ideas and bring them to life
Requirements:
Deep understanding of AEM’s underlying technology stack (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling) and strong knowledge of Java and Web technologies
5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
Familiar with Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub, with experience in pair programming and code reviews
Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies and/or DevOps
Good problem-solving skills, distinctive interest in requirement analysis and an open mind always looking for continuous improvement
Experience in pair programming and code reviews, with 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) component development and extensive experience in AEM-based projects
English proficiency at B2/C1 level
