5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering
In-depth knowledge of Java
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or a related field

Experience with Agile frameworks in a distributed and remote team setting is a plus
5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering
In-depth knowledge of Java
Strong understanding of Cloud-native application architectures is a plus
Ability to design, implement, and maintain software products considering user experience and business value
