Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on software development team lead to join our growing team in Staffordshire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a small, collaborative team while remaining closely involved in the technical work. You’ll be responsible for guiding a group of talented developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions using the Microsoft tech stack, including .NET, C#, and TypeScript.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a small development team, providing mentorship and technical direction
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and plan deliverables
Stay involved in day-to-day coding, design, and problem-solving when needed
Encourage best practices in coding, testing, and agile methodologies
Contribute to the architecture and continuous improvement of our systems

Requirements:

Previous experience leading a small team of software developers
Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft tech stack: .NET, C#, and TypeScript
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular collaboration
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous learning
