Job Description

The Software Development Specialist will provide L2 production support, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing application performance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with strong skills in Unix, SQL, and AWS. Collaboration with development teams and effective communication are essential. An AWS certification is preferred.

Job Responsibility

  • Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis
  • Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required
  • Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery
  • Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applications
  • Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
  • Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams
  • Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with L2 role
  • Strong in Unix
  • Strong in writing SQL queries
  • AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable
  • Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java
