The Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners to ensure a well‑refined and prioritized backlog and supports stakeholders in aligning expectations with delivery capacity. The role also monitors team progress, risks, and dependencies, promotes quality and adherence to Definition of Done, and drives ongoing improvement of processes within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
