Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

Technical Expertise and Hands-On in Python Development
Responsible for designing and implementing the requirements in Python
Responsible for code releases to the different stages of the system
Interacts with SME and Client lead for all activities, as required
Responsible for planning the multiple items to ensure the changes are delivered on-time knowing Business expectation
Good knowledge and expert in SQL Querying language
Provides updates for Status Reporting
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams
Working experience in an Onsite-Offshore model and facing client on daily basis
Good written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

Must have handled or worked on Python projects
At least 5 yrs of experience in the IT industry
Collaboration with team members, PO, Business User and Business Owner
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to relate well to others, assign responsibilities, offer constructive feedback and support
Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interest of the product
Knowledge on Java – Preferable
Insurance and Re Insurance industry domain experience preferable
