Software Development Specialist Advisor

• Design, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models
• Implement algorithms for supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning
• Develop web applications that integrate AI/ML models in production environments
• Build and maintain APIs for ML/AI model consumption
• Prepare, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, backend, frontend, data, and UX
• Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability
• Apply best practices related to security, data governance, and ethical AI
• Produce clear technical documentation and process guidelines

• Strong knowledge of: Regression, classification, clustering
• Neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
• NLP and/or Computer Vision (preferred)
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
• Understanding of MLOps principles and the full model lifecycle
• Experience developing Web Applications using: Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (at least one)
• Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Node.js, or .NET
• Design and consumption of REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3 to 7 years in software development and/or data science
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions to production
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
