We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, self‑driven Full Stack Support Engineer (L4) who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of modern, scalable applications. Job Responsibility:
Monitor, maintain, and support full-stack applications built with Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Troubleshoot and resolve L4/production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing robust solutions
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud-native AWS environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, DevOps, QA, product) to ensure application health and stability
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven components, focusing on reliability and supportability
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning from a support-oriented perspective
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code for bug fixes and reliability improvements
Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience
Strong experience with Angular (modern versions)
Solid understanding of responsive UI, component-based architecture, and state management
Expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
Professional experience supporting applications on AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
