Software Development Senior Specialist

L2 Production support

• Good experience on Linux/Windows system platforms and Perl, Shell Scripting
• Good knowledge on Database like DB2/MS-SQL/Mongo DB (SQL and stored procedures)
• Experience as a Java/.Net application developer and production support engineer is an added advantage
• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
• Hands on experience in production deployment and release management
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and debugging application issues
• Experience in implementing monitoring solutions in an enterprise environment that would include configuration and integration
• Knowledge on SDLC & Release Management Process & Products and Autosys are added advantage
• Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment
• Strong analytical skills required
• Highly self-motivated and ability to work in high paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills - good client facing skills as well as excellent oral and written communication Skills
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Understand project/Program requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects/Programs in the right direction in a timely manner
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
• Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
• Should be willing to work in Shifts and Weekends
