Job Description:

The Software Development Senior Analyst role focuses on creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in UX design, wireframing, and prototyping. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and conducting usability testing are key responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand business goals and user needs
  • translate them into user journeys, task flows, IA, and UX solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web/mobile
  • Run/assist with user research (interviews, surveys), synthesize insights, and define personas
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data
  • Maintain and evolve design systems (components, patterns, guidelines) for consistency
  • Partner with engineering to ensure design feasibility, handoff clarity, and pixel-perfect implementation
  • Collaborate with product to define requirements, success metrics, and prioritize improvements
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusive design (basic WCAG awareness)
  • Document design decisions and rationale
  • present designs to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability principles
  • Ability to create: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specs
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD (any)
  • Knowledge of responsive design and common UI patterns
  • Experience working with developers: handoff, specs, redlines, design QA
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React components)
  • Data-informed design using analytics (funnels, heatmaps)
  • Motion/interaction tools: Principle / After Effects / Lottie
  • Experience designing enterprise tools, dashboards, or complex workflows
