Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Development senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Perform Incident, Service Requests and change Management ensuring timely resolution/implementation
  • Performance Tuning and Design/Develop Preventive health checks/tools ensuring high availability integration environment
  • Providing technical solutions to complex production issues ensuring timely resolutions
  • Understand customer requirements, develop and evaluate alternative systems solutions
  • Interacting with Application users and Business users coordinating on application requirements and providing software solutions
  • Participate in Daily/Weekly Status Calls with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Jira’s, Incidents, Service Requests and Changes, also provide the necessary solutions to client’s queries
  • Document software systems, SOP's, Runbooks according to NTT Data’s system standards, policies, and procedures
  • Plan, Participate and successfully handle/drive the application maintenance activities
  • Good understanding of Shift management, client handling
  • Work on tickets related to CI/CD. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in Application Deployments using Bamboo, Gitlab

Requirements

  • Application Support and Maintenance experience - L2/L3 Support
  • Hands on experience on SQL queries, must have RDBMS knowledge
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams over high visibility/critical issues
  • Good understanding application deployments using Bamboo, Gitlab
  • Strong Unix/Linux knowledge along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in development or scripting languages (C,Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, Go)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, Kubernetes HPA, Container management
  • Handson experience with Bamboo CICD, Defect management using Jira, know-how of confluence and Bitbucket/Stash
  • Experience with ticket management and resolution tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • Expertise in Monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace and log analysis tools like Splunk. Should be knowledgeable on creation of new dashboards and monitors and able to modify the existing ones
  • Secondary skills - MSK (AWS kafka)
