Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet specific project needs
  • Utilize tools such as X++, C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to create scalable and efficient solutions
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements
  • Collaborate with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to ensure timely and effective delivery of technical tasks
  • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Develop and configure integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure services
  • Customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with unique business processes and requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, offering guidance to team members on complex issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of existing codebases
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and innovations, incorporating them into development efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, including customization and integration
  • Strong proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, and related tools for Dynamics 365 development
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
  • Proven ability to review, promote, and troubleshoot code developed by diverse teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for project management

Nice to have

  • Preferred experience with the Dynamics 365 Enterprise Asset Management module
  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate are a plus
