Job Responsibility

  • Lead several cross-functional engineering teams, providing direction to technical leads and fostering cohesive collaboration
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle across a portfolio of applications
  • Mentor software engineers and QA professionals, promoting accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading multiple software development teams or concurrent engineering workstreams
  • Strong command of modern Microsoft-based development technologies (e.g., C#, .NET Core, SQL Server)
  • Proficiency with cloud services and tooling, particularly within Azure environments (e.g., App Services, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures)
  • In-depth understanding of web application security principles and mitigation strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and DevOps-oriented workflows
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and practical technical engagement
