E-REDES is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Software Development & Maintenance Specialist.

Job Responsibility

  • Technical leadership in critical applications (OT) environments
  • Application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement activities
  • Coordination and collaboration within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Interaction with IIMC infrastructures and hybrid environments
  • Technical knowledge and support across Python, Shell scripting, SQL, Java, and C#
  • Familiarity with and support of platforms such as Spark/Jupyter, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kafka
  • Administration and operational support of Windows and Linux environments
  • Monitoring and management of security vulnerabilities and technical debt
  • Troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system performance optimization
  • Continuous process and operational improvement focus

Requirements

  • Tech Lead experience in critical applications and Operational Technology (OT) environments
  • Experience in application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement/evolution
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience working with IIMC infrastructures and hybrid environments
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, Java, and C#
  • Knowledge of Spark/Jupyter, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kafka
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments
  • Strong focus on security, vulnerability management, and technical debt reduction
  • University Degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in the area
