• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• develop comprehensive knowledge of business, architecture, and infrastructure
• provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
• assess risk in decision making
• ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework, Microservices, OpenShift, AWS, or other relevant cloud platforms
• databases

• CICD Pipelines
• in-depth experience in branching strategies
• managing code repositories using Bitbucket and GitHub
• static code analysis
• unit testing
• integration testing
• advanced knowledge of applications programming
• system flow
• coding standards
• master’s degree preferred
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• leadership and project management skills
• clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development or Trade finance is a plus.
