This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and deployment, including Salesforce Communities and Copado DevOps tools. The candidate will be the go-to technical resource responsible for supporting production and non-production environments, ensuring code quality and platform compliance, and driving continuous improvements in the digital technology ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support for production and non-production Salesforce environments within the GSC–CX domain under guidance from senior team members
Support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g., AWS, MuleSoft, third-party services) by monitoring jobs, performing initial issue triage, and escalating complex defects as needed
Assist in developing and maintaining configured solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components within Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud
Participate in proof-of-concept activities and support exploration of emerging capabilities, including AI/ML use cases, under supervision
Resolve routine support tickets and defects, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders
Follow established coding standards and participate in peer reviews to maintain security, performance, and compliance standards, including adherence to VeraCode requirements
Work with cybersecurity and compliance teams to address identified vulnerabilities and support required governance processes
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, stand-ups) and provide updates on assigned tasks
Follow established best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability of solutions
Operate in a regulated environment and comply with all required policies, documentation, and audit standards
Requirements:
Master’s degree with 1 - 3 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
Bachelor’s degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
Diploma with 5 - 8 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification (preferred)
SAFe Agile Certification (preferred)
Hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and deployment, including Salesforce Communities and Copado DevOps tools
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC) and understanding of core Salesforce configuration capabilities
Experience with MuleSoft, including supporting upgrades, monitoring APIs and integrations, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting connectivity or data flow issues between Salesforce and external systems
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and distributed teams
Demonstrates willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot routine issues
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in team ceremonies
Ability to work constructively with QA, compliance, validation, and security teams
Capable of managing assigned tasks and prioritizing work with guidance from senior team members
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Open to feedback and continuous learning to enhance technical and professional skills
