Our work spans reasoning over user prompts, grounding in enterprise data, invoking tools and extensions, and synthesizing secure, compliant responses at scale. As a member of the Microsoft Turing team, you will have a direct impact on product quality, shaping the daily experience of millions of users. You will design and build solutions using modern M365 Copilot UX frameworks, large‑scale orchestration systems, and experimentation platforms such as A/B testing frameworks, while collaborating closely with teams across distributed systems, data mining, and machine learning.
