Job Description:

Software Development Engineer position at CVS Health focusing on Universe PICK development. The role involves building digital solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting healthcare technology initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, gather user requirements, and enhance application functionality
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using PICK Basic
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Provide technical support to end users and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Apply programming expertise to build efficient, scalable, and reliable digital solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to define system infrastructure and ensure alignment with business needs
Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and engage in debugging
Participate in Agile (SAFE) ceremonies and other development methodologies

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in application program development
Experience with application development support software packages
Experience in an Agile Environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience setting up and using automated testing
3+ years experience in systems analysis Universe or UniData
Expertise in PICK Basic, wIntegrate, and/or Unix and the systems development life cycle
Previous Healthcare and/or TPA experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
