Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Development Director to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Provide team functional/technical leadership and overall internal team management assistance
  • Perform delivery management for Oracle Cloud EPM projects, including support and implementations
  • Perform pre-sales support of new Oracle Hyperion related opportunities
  • Manage client escalations, support project resourcing changes, and mentoring Oracle Cloud EPM resources
  • Support Global Oracle EPM Center of Excellence by championing and implementing practice standards, best practices, and suggesting the same
  • Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship
  • Monitor project success, client satisfaction, and project quality
  • recommend changes and levers to drive improvements

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience managing projects (project outcomes and resources) in Oracle Cloud EPM (some can be Hyperion) technical projects, including application managed services (support
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM products, including Financial Consolidation Cloud Services - FCCS, Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with project and/or delivery management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and motivation skills with offshore team members to keep them on track, manage quality of delivery, manage escalations, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
  • Experience with software full lifecycle methodology
  • Role requires a good attitude, strong business ethics, an analytic mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills
  • Self-starter with high motivation to succeed
  • Team player with strong results orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting processes
