Job Description:

As a Test Lead at NTT DATA, you will oversee the testing processes and lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality software delivery. Your expertise in test automation, particularly with Selenium, will be crucial in developing test strategies and plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive testing initiatives and mentor junior testers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium), and suites for web, mobile, and API testing
  • Execute automated tests, including functional, regression, performance, and smoke tests, across different environments
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA members to understand requirements and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to test strategies, create test plans, cases, and documentation, and improve testing processes
  • Analyze test results, prepare reports, and present findings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and automation
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Appium, UFT)
  • Proficiency in databases (SQL)
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, CI/CD)
  • Strong understanding of different test types (API, Performance, UI)
  • Strong understanding of frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with developing frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with working in fast-paced environments
