Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in software development, a strong ability to work with web application tools and technologies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the entire product development lifecycle while leveraging your technical expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, PHP, and SQL to meet business requirements
Design and implement web applications leveraging frameworks like Bootstrap and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
Utilize template engines such as Twig and Smarty to enhance application functionality and user experience
Manage version control and collaborate on development tasks using GitLab and GitHub platforms
Build and deploy containerized applications with tools like Docker and Podman
Optimize backend systems and APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies
Diagnose and resolve bugs, ensuring application stability and robustness
Contribute to the development lifecycle, including testing strategies such as AB testing and bug tracking
Work with technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and ASP.NET to deliver dynamic and responsive applications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including full product lifecycle involvement
Proficiency in Python, PHP, and SQL programming languages
Advanced knowledge of web application development tools, frameworks, and MVC architecture
Experience with GitLab, GitHub, and containerization tools such as Docker and Podman
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and bug tracking tools like Jira
Strong expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and ASP.NET
Solid understanding of API development and backend optimization techniques
