Job Description:

The Smart Offices Software Developer specializes in front-end and back-end software engineering.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in planning, design, implementation, verification, and deployment for custom applications according to specifications
Participate in maintenance of existing custom applications
Work in conjunction with lead developer on projects and ensure that your work is compatible with, and does not duplicate the work of others
Diagnose and repair software problems or bugs, assist end users with technical issues and help to resolve those problems
Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
Train end users on custom applications

Requirements:

Basic understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and programming languages
Basic knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of object-oriented design/development
Experience with C# and Visual Studio
Experience developing apps on iOS or Android
Experience with relational databases & database design
Strong computer skills
Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and colleagues
Strong work ethic, trustworthy and dependable
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively and efficiently alone or with a team to meet deadlines
Verifiable references
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
