Software Developer

• Learning how to use Angular 4/5 framework to code, test, debug, document and maintain software application projects
• Examining code developed by other team members in order to identify errors and improve overall user interface quality
• Learning web application development, design patterns, and frameworks
• Learning how to design, develop and integrate web products and backend services applications using JavaScript, Microservices, WebSockets, and Spring
• Working closely with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to develop functional software features
• Analyzing application requirements, identifying ways to optimize performance, and executing projects based on design specifications
• Upgrading the existing user interface from Angular 4 to Angular 5
• Contributing to software development life cycles, configuration management and best software engineering practices
• Developing software applications, general use modules and components to extend the functionalities of the core Angular 5 platform
• Contributing to design and development of redux patterns to manage and catalogue application dates
• Utilizing HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS/Sass to contribute to the design of new repositories with responsive solutions
• Learning how to create and update configurations, adapter, processor, handler modules for components, and translation tools
• Analyzing the performance across browsers and anticipating performance issues before users raise them
• Working with RESTful APIs, Jasmine (for module unit testing), and Karma (for client-side unit testing)

The candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
