Software Developer

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet global rollout objectives
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to enhance platform functionality
• Ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions while adhering to global standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maintain system stability and performance during deployment phases
• Assist with data migration, testing, documentation, and user acceptance processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and end users throughout the rollout lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance policies, and security standards
• Support daily operational tasks related to the ServiceNow platform
• Work onsite four days a week to deliver hands-on support and solutions

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration tools
• Background in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments
• Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the duration of the project
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience engaging stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
• additional certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks

Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred
