Software Developer

• Design, build, and enhance full stack applications that support healthcare-related business operations, with a focus on .NET development and user-facing web interfaces
• Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex defects to maintain stable and efficient system performance
• Participate in technical planning by translating business needs into workable designs, development tasks, and project deliverables
• Develop and execute testing activities to confirm solution accuracy, validate expected results, and ensure production readiness
• Partner with business users and internal stakeholders to understand system challenges, recommend practical improvements, and provide technical guidance
• Communicate progress, risks, and issue resolution updates to leadership and project team members throughout the development process
• Support deployment and operational readiness by maintaining documentation, validating schedules for assigned systems, and following change control procedures
• Provide assistance and knowledge sharing to information systems staff, including training and support for applications and processes
• Take part in on-call support for designated production applications and respond to operational issues as needed

• At least 5 years of recent software development experience in a full stack or application development environment
• Hands-on experience with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio for designing, building, and maintaining applications
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including Management Studio, SSIS, and SSRS
• Experience developing or supporting front-end web applications, APIs, and backend components in a Windows-based environment
• Familiarity with development and delivery tools such as Jira, GitHub, bug tracking platforms, and Agile Scrum practices
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and produce dependable solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document changes, testing results, and technical procedures
