Work with the IT development team to design and develop our internal and client-facing systems in the rapidly changing environment of alternatives
Job Responsibility
Designing and developing software in cooperation with business users
Apply advanced software engineering techniques to support CI and weekly releases
Observing a test-driven development process
Accurately estimating required development time
Refactoring existing code to improve security, maintainability, efficiency, resilience and the user experience

Stay abreast of new technological and design developments
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or a science degree with programming experience or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong ability to multi-task and set priorities
Strong programming skills
Good knowledge of Java
Working in teams with other developers, business analysts, business users in an international environment
Travel
Work outside of normal business hours – coinciding with systems releases or urgent bug fixes
Abide by the Communication Group policies and procedures as well as the Albourne Group's policies and procedures, including but not limited to compliance reporting, HFDB filing, Information, Communications & Cyber Security Policy, Expense & Travel Policy etc.
