Job Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to join a collaborative onsite team in Norton Shores, Michigan. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys building practical solutions, learning custom business applications, and contributing to shared development goals. Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
  • Partner with team members to enhance custom-built business systems and deliver reliable technical solutions
  • Translate functional needs into clean, efficient code that supports day-to-day operations
  • Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and ongoing improvements to application performance and usability
  • Support development efforts related to customized enterprise platforms, including environments such as NetSuite or Dynamics 365 when applicable
  • Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand requirements and help deliver successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of software development experience
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and the .NET Framework
  • Ability to work onsite in Norton Shores, Michigan
  • Familiarity with custom application development and a willingness to learn new systems quickly

Nice to have

Exposure to enterprise platform development, such as NetSuite or Dynamics 365, is advantageous
