We are seeking a highly skilled R Developer with strong analytical, statistical, and programming capabilities to support data-driven initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in R programming and is comfortable working with complex datasets, building scalable analytical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain R-based applications, scripts, and analytical models
  • Build statistical models, forecasting tools, and data visualizations using R
  • Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources
  • Create reproducible workflows and data pipelines using R Markdown, RStudio, or similar tools
  • Implement automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards (e.g., Shiny dashboards)
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, documentation, version control (Git), and testing
  • Stay updated on emerging R technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes
