Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable technical degree and experience
A minimum of two years of work experience in the industry
Knowledge of industrial automation and control technologies, Fieldbus, and IIoT
Experience with programming PLC, DCS, PAC, or similar industrial control systems with IEC 61131-3 is a plus
Great troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibility

Provide first and second-level technical support to OEMs and end-users
Work closely with customers on programming questions and application issues
Coordinate with technical support colleagues to ensure all support requests are accurately and efficiently resolved
Work closely with the development and product management teams to report and resolve product issues, software bugs, and usability issues
