Job Responsibility

  • Analyzing the requirements of clients and identifying and designing business processes for QA automation
  • Create process, set up testing, and end-user documentation
  • Design, Develop and test automation workflows through activity, and flow charts
  • implement software bots to work for humans to enhance business efficiency
  • Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs
  • Managing and researching business and system exceptions
  • Monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without the risk of error
  • Using any RPA tools like UI path/Blue prism to code and resolve issues related to automation/testing bugs
