Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a large-scale delivery team across multiple streams (CSO, DMS, CIS), directly influencing how the business interacts with customers
  • Drive the adoption of Cloud Native patterns, Microservices, AI/Big Data, and modern frontend frameworks in a complex financial environment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large software engineering teams (50+ scale preferred), preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or Tech domains
  • Technical Depth (Critical): Must be a seasoned engineer/developer, with extensive hands-on experience with: Cloud Native Patterns, Microservices Architecture, Web/Mobile Apps, and API Design & Development
  • Proven ability to drive digital transformation, specifically cultural transformation within engineering teams (moving from Waterfall to Agile/DevOps)
  • Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
