We are looking for an experienced Software Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS solutions. This position involves leading a team of engineers, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-facing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and data-driven systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and clients
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks to support infrastructure and service delivery
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Remote Desktop Support, Cisco Webex Meetings, Azure Active Directory, and Intune
