We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality software products and drive engineering effectiveness across multiple teams. This is a technical leadership role, ideal for experienced Software Engineering Managers who are equally comfortable with delivery, engineering execution, and people leadership. You will take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery - ensuring quality, predictability, and alignment with product and business objectives - while leading and coaching cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and on-time execution
Align engineering work with product goals, architecture, and SDLC standards
Drive delivery predictability, flow efficiency, and continuous improvement
Lead the transition towards an AI-native delivery pipeline, embedding AI-driven practices into engineering workflows, automation, and delivery processes
Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams
Participate in architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices
Ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions
Lead and develop engineering teams
Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Operations to manage priorities and dependencies
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Lead incident and defect management, including root cause analysis and long-term resolution
Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards
Drive improvements in delivery processes, tooling, and team performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager / Software Delivery Manager / Technical Lead
Strong track record of leading multi-team software delivery
Strong background in software development and system design/architecture
Solid understanding of modern SDLC, Agile delivery, and engineering practices
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, incident management tools
Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide engineering decisions
Strong people leadership with the ability to coach, challenge, and motivate engineers
Structured, accountable, and calm under pressure
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivery excellence
