We’re seeking a Software Configurator Analyst to join our team and support one of our international clients in the FinTech sector — a leading global provider of cutting-edge regulatory and client lifecycle management platforms for the financial industry. This role blends analytical thinking with practical, hands-on system configuration. Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and maintain a sophisticated FinTech platform used by global financial organizations
  • Review and interpret business requirements, translating them into actionable configuration tasks
  • Partner with implementation, QA, and software development teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Communicate directly with clients, collect feedback, and clarify both technical and business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring stability and efficiency
  • Expand your understanding of financial operations and the technical tools that support them
  • Work in a hybrid setup – at least 2 days per week in the office

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software configuration, preferably within the financial services industry
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related areas – a solid grasp of financial concepts is essential
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level), both verbal and written, for daily communication with international stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Keen interest in technology and the FinTech sector, with openness to learning IT tools and configuration processes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in approach to solving challenges
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced business setting

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, consulting (Big4), or FinTech start-ups, or in 2nd line support for financial systems
  • Familiarity with software configuration, exposure to basic coding, or interest in crypto and digital finance
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and collaborating with QA or Dev teams
  • Background in international or dynamic work environments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills – focused on results and delivery
