Job Responsibility

Participate in the configuration and maintenance of a complex FinTech platform used by international financial institutions
Analyze client requirements and translate them into configuration tasks and system adjustments
Collaborate closely with implementation, QA, and development teams to ensure successful delivery
Support client communication, gather feedback, and clarify business or technical requirements
Investigate and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and timely resolutions
