Job Description:

My leading Banking client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead the strategic transformation of their Software Asset Management (SAM) function and the lifecycle management of software assets across their EMEA business. You'll be responsible for modernising their SAM practices, tools, and governance to ensure compliance, optimise software spend, and align with evolving business and technology landscapes. This is a newly created role in a greenfield department. A brilliant opportunity!

Job Responsibility:

Lead the strategic transformation of their Software Asset Management (SAM) function and the lifecycle management of software assets across their EMEA business
Modernising their SAM practices, tools, and governance to ensure compliance, optimise software spend, and align with evolving business and technology landscapes

Requirements:

Previously worked in a Software Asset Manager position
Experience of enterprise-scale SAM business
ServiceNow or Flexera
Good ITIL understanding
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Financial Services experience is desirable
