Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Soft Tissue Therapist to join our clinical team in our Raynes Park clinic, with full and part time available, including Saturdays. Job Responsibility

  • Provide high quality, personalised Soft Tissue Therapy sessions, utilising assessment and communication skills to determine the best possible treatment plan
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure effective patient management
  • Build and retain your own patient list
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote your services and the organisation

Requirements

  • A Sports Massage qualification BTEC level 5, ITEC level 4 or 5 or a Degree qualification including Sports Massage
  • Full membership to The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA), or The Society of Sports Therapists (SST)
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team of allied healthcare professionals
  • Demonstrates an ability to assess, clinically reason, treat and plan a range of sporting injuries and non-sporting injuries
  • To undertake self-directed learning, minimum of 40 hours CPD per year
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in private practice with a proven ability to grow a patient list
  • To stay within own scope of practice and be able to make appropriate referrals
