Job Responsibility
Conducting individual sessions with employees to develop communication skills: presentations, public speaking, soft skills, clarifying needs and challenges, assessing current verbal and non-verbal communication practices, providing feedback
Filling out the corporate soft skills matrix
Assessing employees' readiness levels in communication skills
Updating candidate preparation materials
Leading group training sessions on self-presentation and soft skills
Requirements
Understanding of IT outsourcing specifics and client collaboration
Interviewing skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
Strong communication abilities, empathy, and experience working with diverse personalities
Ability to structure information (matrices, checklists, methodologies)
Writing skills: articles, guides, recommendations
English proficiency – Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
Experience working with international clients
Understanding of cultural fit and cross-cultural communication principles
Experience in IT recruitment or training IT specialists
