Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscaping, including both hard and soft landscaping
Strong technical skills in structural works such as paving, decking, retaining walls, and timber construction
Cert III in Horticulture, Landscape Construction, or equivalent
Full Driver's Licence and White Card
Understanding of WHS practices and commitment to safe site conduct

Job Responsibility

Execute both hard landscaping (paving, retaining walls, decking, concreting, structural timber work) and soft landscaping (planting, turf, mulching, irrigation)
Read and interpret site plans and construction drawings to deliver projects to specification
Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Support project delivery from site setup through to completion
Maintain a safe, organised, and environmentally conscious worksite
Collaborate with team leaders and contribute to a positive team culture
