Job Description

Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaper to work across our clients commercial sites and high-end domestic properties in the Petersfield area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work paid travel and the chance to be part of a professional and growing team. This role will involve travelling to various sites up to approximately one hour from Petersfield delivering high-quality soft landscaping works to a high standard.

Job Responsibility

  • Turfing and lawn installation (laying, seeding, preparation)
  • Planting of shrubs, trees, hedges, and seasonal bedding
  • Soil preparation, cultivation, and ground improvement
  • Mulching, fertilising, and general plant care
  • Installation of topsoil and compost
  • Hedge planting and maintenance
  • Garden restoration and soft landscape refurbishment
  • Weed control and general site maintenance
  • Working from planting plans and drawings
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, particularly on high-end residential projects
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations on all sites

Requirements

  • Proven experience in soft landscaping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good plant knowledge preferred
  • Full UK driving licence - Essential
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
