Soft Count Team

• Remove and transit incoming monetary items from the Gaming floor to the Vault
• Sort and count all monetary items received from the pull team
• Verify, balance, and record all incoming monetary items
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations (NIGC, MICS, TICS, State Gaming Compact)
• Maintain security of keys, pull carts, cash boxes, and gaming machines
• Prepare areas on the gaming floor
• Remove and replace secured cash boxes
• Count cash from bill validation boxes
• Bundle and band monetary items
• Examine monetary items to detect counterfeit, mutilated, and worn bills
• Transfer funds to main vault
• Complete records in accounting system
• Greet guests and team members
• Assist guests with questions
• Maintain attendance for coverage
• Perform duties in accordance with company handbook, policies, and gaming regulations
• Maintain departmental logs
• Make decisions based on available facts and experience
• Keep informed of company communications.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Guest Services experience preferred
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Read, write, and speak the English language
• Active listening skills

• Ability to perform assigned tasks under supervision
• Ability to work well alone or within a team
• Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain/maintain a gaming license
• Must be able to provide employment authorization documents
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs and push/pull/drag up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
