Job Responsibility

  • Support the Societies & Acquisition Team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects
  • Assist in preparing presentations, materials and communication for potential partners, clients and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and coordination support related to contractual documentation and internal approval processes
  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving MDPI’s acquisition programs, partnerships and internal team processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in the third or fourth year of a university or higher education institution
  • Great command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to see the big picture
  • Curious, motivated and eager to learn
