Job Description:

Join our Safeguarding team to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment conducting child protection investigations and assessments. Our interventions are short-term, after which the child is moved to longer-term protection where a plan of help and support has been agreed.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct s.47 investigations (child protection)
Conduct Social Work Assessments
Court work
Child protection investigations
Multi-agency meetings
Case planning

Requirements:

Degree in Social Work, Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW), Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), or Certificate in Social Services (CSS)
Experience working with children and families

Nice to have:

Specialist experiences, for example, domestic abuse and pre-birth assessments
