Job Description:

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? Join our Duty Team as a Children and Families Social Worker to provide critical support, conduct initial assessments, ensure safety, and work collaboratively with families and partners

Job Responsibility:

Conducting initial assessments and responding promptly to urgent referrals
Managing and mitigating risks to ensure the wellbeing of children and families
Building strong relationships with other services to deliver tailored support
Providing immediate assistance and solutions to families in need

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker
SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
