Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented social worker passionate about improving care standards and ensuring the wellbeing of residents in care homes? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and play a key role in reviewing and enhancing the quality of care provided in residential settings.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough reviews of care home environments to assess the quality of care provided to residents
Collaborate with residents, families, and care home staff to ensure individual needs are met and safeguarded
Identify and address any gaps in care, advocating for the rights and wellbeing of residents
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and implement care plans
Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in adult social care

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker
SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
car driver
