Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker, or a practitioner who is about to qualify to join the Learning Disability and Autism Team. As part of a new hybrid team, this post would be predominantly covering the central area of the county. The successful candidate will have recent experience working in Adult Social Care and have an interest of working with adult with learning disabilities and autism.
