Job Description:

Join Herefordshire Council's Children with Disabilities Team as a Social Worker, providing specialist support to children with additional needs and their families. Job Responsibility:

Conduct assessments and care planning to meet individual needs
Work closely with families, schools, and healthcare professionals

Assist in safeguarding interventions and risk assessments

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker
Social Care England registration
