An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Assessment Team for a committed and passionate Qualified Social Worker (or those nearing completion of their qualification). Working in the assessment team is a dynamic and exciting opportunity. The position would appeal to a social worker who enjoys a varied caseload, enjoys engaging with families from the outset following referral into the service. Each day is different and working within the assessment team will give you a well rounded working experience, working with a range of families in need of help and support. Typically you will case hold for the duration of the assessment, with children then transferring to either the Case Management Team, Children Looked After Team, Court Team or stepping down into Early Help.
